The service
Optivize provides AI-generated business reports, analysis and assistant features (“the service”) to the business that signs up (“you”).
Accounts
Accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in codes private; anyone with a valid code can sign in as you until it expires. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure and your contact details current.
Your data
You own your data and the reports we create for you. You give us permission to process your data only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI suggestions are not professional advice
Reports and suggestions are generated by AI from the data available to it. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. You decide what to act on.
Fees
Fees are as shown on our website or on your invoice. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Connected data sources
You confirm that you have the right to connect each data source you connect and to share its data with us. If you connect another service, such as your accounting software, its own terms also apply to that connection.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is in early access. Features may change, and it may have interruptions.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on AI suggestions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell account owners by email before a meaningful change takes effect.
